Class Dates & Times
In May 2024, the Woodchopper’s Ball is offering monthly class series in LINDY HOP and BALBOA. All May 2024 monthly class series run on Tuesdays for 4 weeks: May 7, 14, 21, and 28.
Beginning LINDY HOP: 8:00-9:00pm (main ballroom)
Intermediate LINDY HOP: 7:00-8:00pm (main ballroom)
Beginning BALBOA: 8:00-9:00pm (upstairs)
Intermediate BALBOA: 7:00-8:00pm (upstairs)
Doors open 6:30pm. To avoid long lines and being late for class, please try to arrive 15-20 minutes early before class to check in. Thank you!

COVID-19 Safety Precautions
To minimize the spread of COVID-19 at the Woodchopper’s Ball, the current policy (as of July 2023) is as follows:

- Everyone is required to wear a mask while in class (including the drop-in Basic Swing dance lesson). Otherwise, masking is welcome, but optional.
- Eating is allowed.

Stay after class for the live music swing dance parties from 9:00-11:30pm–admission is included as part of your monthly class series! Enjoy a cocktail, meet other dancers, and try out your new steps! We look forward to seeing you at the Woodchopper’s Ball!
